Busduct System - Lighter, Quicker and Easier to Assembly

BTBA/BTBC Series Compact Busduct Systems, also known as busbars or bus ducts, are advanced solutions for power distribution in modern industrial and commercial buildings. Designed to efficiently transport large amounts of power over short or long distances, these systems provide a reliable, flexible alternative to traditional cabling methods. it is an efficient and flexible method of distributing electrical power within a building or industrial facility.  One of the main advantages of busduct systems is their compact design. Unlike traditional cable systems that are bulky and difficult to manage, dense busways are streamlined and space-saving. This makes them particularly suitable for environments where space is at a premium, such as data centers, high-rise buildings and manufacturing facilities. The compact nature of these systems also simplifies installation and maintenance, reducing downtime and labor costs.

    Product Description

It consists of a series of metal enclosures or pipes filled with copper busbar or aluminum busbars used to conduct and distribute power to various loads and equipment. The aluminum housing, and RAL7038-Electrostatic painte,Light weight aluminum housing allows for safe, easy installation.Insulated with "B class" polyester film, the copper bar feature a minimum of 99.95% high purity and conductivity of 99.98% ETP hard drawn, ensuring superior performance.Construction of the sandwich design in extruded aluminium housing makes the sytem efficient with low hysteresis losses and better heat dissipater.
BTBA/BTBC Series are used in horizontal installation and vertical installation energy distribution and transmission in Bolt-on (supply from the junctures) and Plug-in (from window points on the busduct housing and the junctures).it dramatically saves on structural weight, allowing more efficient distribution designs and helping reduce installation time. In addition, they can be used of factories, schools, hospital and buildings where electrical outlets are not required for transmission purposes only.
